Personalized counseling and psychotherapy in Tempe, AZ and in the comfort of your own home through telehealth.
My approach
Many clients come to counseling feeling anxious, unsure how to set boundaries, or overwhelmed by unspoken expectations and relationship struggles. I’m here to offer a space where you’re truly seen, heard, and supported.
My approach focuses on uncovering your strengths, finding clarity, and taking steps toward a life that feels authentic to you. Using methods like EMDR and integrative therapy, I help you break free from old patterns, build resilience, and create lasting change.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you—you’re not broken. It’s about gaining clarity, responding with purpose, and empowering yourself to move forward.
Amber Wonder, MC, LPC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona and a certified EMDR therapist. In the past 15 years, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse population of people through my work in community mental health, supporting faculty and staff at a large public university and in private practice as a therapist and as a supervisor.
Regardless of if you are coming in for individual counseling or as a couple struggling with communication, trust or intimacy, I’m here to help you break free from old patterns and build a healthier connection to yourself and others. You deserve a life filled with joy and connection, and I’m here to help you make that a reality.
