My approach
You may be looking into counseling because you feel anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to set boundaries. Perhaps you're struggling to keep up with competing demands, manage stress, stay organized, or quiet the constant self-criticism that tells you you're not doing enough. I'm here to offer a space where you're truly seen, heard, and supported.
I specialize in helping adults overcome anxiety, trauma, and ADHD-related challenges so they can feel more grounded, focused, and confident in their daily lives. My approach is centered on understanding the patterns that keep you stuck, uncovering your strengths, and creating practical steps toward a life that feels authentic and meaningful to you. Using evidence-based methods, I help clients build resilience, improve emotional well-being, strengthen self-trust, and create lasting change.
Therapy isn't about fixing you. It's about understanding yourself more deeply, responding to life's challenges with intention, and learning to work with your strengths rather than against them. I believe you already have what you need to create a meaningful and fulfilling life.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona and a certified EMDR therapist. Over the past 18 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals heal, grow and reconnect with themselves and others. I’ve worked in non-profit community mental health, supported faculty and staff at a large Arizona university, and have extensive experience in private practice as both a therapist and clinical supervisor.
In my Tempe therapy practice, I provide a supportive environment where you can deepen self-understanding, strengthen emotional resilience, and create more meaningful relationships. As an LGBTQ+ affirming and sex positive therapist, my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s keeping you stuck and start building a more fulfilling life. I’m here to help you gain clarity, shift out of old patterns and build a healthier connection to yourself and others. You don’t have to do it alone. Therapy can help.
