Payment

Payment is due at time of service. I accept cash, checks, HSA/FSA, and all major credit cards.

Insurance

I do not accept insurance or work directly with insurance companies. I am considered an Out-of-Network (OON) provider and many insurance plans do have out of network benefits. If you are interested in utilizing your out-of-network benefits with your insurance, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance to request partial reimbursement for treatment. Please let me know if this is an option you would like to explore.

There are numerous benefits to self-pay services, including not being constrained by a session limit or being concerned that your insurance may raise your premiums or deny you services in the future due to your mental health record.

Your care will not be dictated by the insurance company, but through a collaborative effort between you and me.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is held just for you, therefore if you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If you are unable to cancel during this time, or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a late cancellation fee of up to the full session fee will be charged.

Success in treatment has many factors, including collaboration, active participation, regular attendance and mutual respect.

  • I have not completed specific training or have credentials in these areas and so this would be outside my scope of practice. Therefore, I do not complete this documentation.
